Vermicelli Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup Apis Vermicelli (Broken)
½ small bowl dry fruits (chopped)
2 tbsp ghee
¾ cup sugar
2 cup milk
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of milk powder
½ tbsp cardamom powder

Method

1. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of ghee.
2. Let the ghee melt and then add 1 cup of the broken Apis Vermicelli.
3. On a medium flame, roast Apis Vermicelli with required stirring.
4. Once it’s gets golden, add chopped dry fruits and stir them nicely.
5. Lower the flame and pour 2 cups of milk, mix well and continue to stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Add ¼ cup of sugar and keep stirring the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Now add ¼ cup of milk powder and mix again.
8. Sprinkle ½ tsp cardamom powder and stir well till the time mixture gets thick.
9. When all the milk has been absorbed, switch off the gas.
10. Meethi Apis vermicelli is ready and garnish it with some slice of dry fruits.
11. You can also serve this dessert both hot and cold.
