Achaari Gobi


1 chopped cauliflower
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped chillies
1 clove of garlic
Apis mixed veggie pickle
Refined oil
Salt and spices as per taste.

  • Add 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat.
  • Fry the chopped onions and tomatoes on low flame. Wait till they get golden brown.
  • Add chopped chillies and garlic along with red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Let it simmer on low flame.
  • Add chopped cauliflower along with salt as per taste. Mix and blend well.
  • Add two tsp of Apis mixed veggie pickle and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot!
