2tbps Falooda Seeds
3 Glasses cold milk
6 tsp Apis rose sharbat
4 ice-cubes
4 scoops vanilla ice cream


1. Soak the sabza in 1 glass of water for 10 minutes
2. Drain all the access water out of the sabza
3. Divide soaked sabza equally into 4 glass
4. In a bowl mix cold milk, ice cubes & Apis rose Sharbat
5. Pour into the glasses over the sabza
6. Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the exquisite taste
